Ok I updated the package :)
Its because it was removing the icons to rox automatically via puppy-pin, so now users will have to delete their own icons and hmmm
probably won't have icons either in jwm once they delete them in rox they are gone period on all window managers. you should be able to start wbar on jwm by typing in a command prompt wbar also, I'll have to think of something else tomorrow, maybe the startup folder in root

Update to earlier report.

Taking a peek at the contents of: newIcewmBar-v2.pet
I notice that: /usr/bin/jwm2icewm
contains the following:

Code: Select all

#!/bin/sh
cp /usr/share/icewm/jwm2icewm/windowmanager /etc/windowmanager
 echo
exec restartwm
But: /usr/share/icewm/jwm2icewm/
does not exist

Catdude had a look at my icewm package while I was getting caught up on some shut-eye and when I got up. Boom it was there, he fixed the icon thing in jwm and now when its icewm the icons are removed and wbar is there and when you switch to jwm, The icons are back, excellent job CatDude thanks for that :) It saved me a lot of time today, excellent work.

So my package has been updated on the first page. Thanks to CatDude

Great work, guys! I'm not near my Puppy machines at the moment - I'm writing this from (yech!) WinXP at my relatives home - so I can't wait to get back and try these out! 8)
