Have any of you using Moonlight to test this new thing?

Running the web client button all I got was it loading (twirling circle) and when finished then just a grey screen (no image played) nooby. My about Plugins in Iceape which is just basically SeaMonkey 2.0.14. I Installed Moonlight via the Firefox Button at Moonlight site in Iceape.
I also got it to install in Sware Iron Browser 14 also using the Chrome install button. My browser version and about:plugins below.

Worldwide Telescope Client Feature Comparison

Run the Web Client There are two different client applications that allow you to acces the features of WorldWide Telescope. The Windows Client runs on a Windows PC or thru the use of a Windows VM or Boot Camp on the Mac. The Web Client is a browser-based version of WorldWide Telescope for Windows PC and Intel Mac OS X user.

The Web Client version of WorldWide Telescope offers a subset of the features from the WorldWide Telescope Windows® Client. Details on the feature sets for each release are outlined below.

Both "reporter" and moonlight killed Firefox twice again and even Skype sfs (strangely) still not fully healed.

Hmm... are you sure your Firefox profile hasn't been corrupted, somehow? (Also, if you're running a frugal installation, have you checked your pupsave's integrity?)

You might try creating an additional user profile (for temporary testing purposes, and can be removed when you're done), switch to it, and then try installing the Reporter (and perhaps Moonlight as well), to see if the problem persists.

Got stuff running again .... without moonlight and without reporter.

Firefox 7 re-installed from Petget News without uninstalling first and Skype (sfs) recovered by itself after 5 reboots. Firefox re-updated from Mozilla page to 7.0.1.

I prefer to leave "as is" till somebody presents a solution that does not require technical skill to install, I hope a new Firefox comes with (semi) incorporated Moonlight, compare with Adobe Flashplayer.

Just tried to install moonlight but struck out. Apparently it's not compatible with Firefox 9.01

Oh well, it's not essential.

You may be able to get around that by installing the Add-on Compatibility Reporter extension, as I mentioned in an earlier post. That extension forces all extensions to run, even if they're not listed as working with the version of Firefox you're using (internal versions; I don't think it'll make Windows/Mac-dependent extensions work on a Linux setup ).

Well, I'm a bit embarrassed. I saw your earlier posts about the Compatibility Reporter, but ignored them. Now that you've encourage me to give it another go, I find that it works!!
