I have a friend who would like to convert to Puppy but she needs to be able to run MYOB.

Will MYOB run on Puppy under Wine?

If so is it also installed under Wine?

Thanks

It does not hurt to try.

If your friend has the installer why don't you set up a virtual or a usb with puppy and Wine and try?

I have MYOB, an older version, running with Wine but in Ubuntu. It seems to go well until you try to print invoices and reports.

It does the essential 'bean counting' but didn't really do the job for me. You might want to consider Gnucash which is a Linux software suitable for a small business. Very handy once you get used to it.

Try your MYOB in Wine to see how it goes for you. The process is simple and painless. Test it thoroughly because it looks ok at first!
