XFBURN burns Data-musicCD-ISO-Erases CD !!! 512kb pet :)

I use puppy 4.1.2 from a live cd with a pup_save file. Pburn works but if you ask me the GUI plainly sucks (sorry)

Have you tried latest pburn?... great GUI from a geat GUY...available here

Hi hanzf try running it from the command line, type xfburn
and if you get a error report it back, that version should of worked for you, If it doesn't give you a error, uninstall it and try the larger/newer version located at http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewto ... 25&t=44040

Ok, this is what I got when I started xfburn:
  • root# xfburn

    (xfburn:11844): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.

All this came on program startup. Then I choose "New Audio Composition" and create it and start burning. When the progress bar says 99%, the CD writer drive stops and starts 2 or 3 times and then there is silence and the mouse pointer doesn't react anymore. CtrlAltDel does nothing. The only solution i found is to turn off the computer's power.

I think I'm gonna try the link you gave me. By the way, if i get xfburn to work, can it make audio CDs with no gaps between the tracks?
