[joel]

For the people who use PuppyWebTV (which I like the best of the ones out there) I amended the channels.txt to reorganize and trim up the list. I have included it in this post. Just copy and Paste!. It has all the channels I could find. I havent tried all of them but most work.

Thanks for the urls. I have been looking for these. I can get all of them to work except for C4 which broadcasts a short error message. With all the others I have used the short version of the url, that is up to the "?" and they have all worked. I have tried this and the whole thing with C4 but neither works. Am I doing something wrong? Also do you have the url for BBC News 24?

Have got a url for BBC news after fiddling about with one of the urls that chrome307 submitted. Doing the same with BBC1, ITV1 etc also works. I was quite surprised it worked. As was said in an earlier post I suspect this will only work in the UK.

Channels can be so fleeting tho...

I have tried a variety of the TV channels listed using a terminal and using gnome-mplayer and the url, I just get gnome-player saying stopped.
When I try the same url with mplayer I get this:

Or is it a matter of an overload on the sites with the channels posted here being hit a lot?
