Anyone know about the pxe-puppy_pkg?

Does anybody know anything about the package: pxe-puppy_pkg?
It has Image.gz, puppy.099 (the kernel I think), an empty dir. structure, & NO docs.
I'd like to check it out but don't know what to do with it.
