@stu90,
Love it!!
"Icons, we dont need no stinkin Icons"...
Although i must confess to not been iconless all of the time - i have my wallpaper changer apply new wallpapers to two different puppy pin files, one with icons and one without, that way depending on what i'm doing i can hot switch between the two seamlessly with a key binding / menu entry.
Here is my 'messy' desktop

Decided to take a break from my beloved Faenza icon set and go with something more generic.
Window Manager: XFCE
XFCE theme: Matt
Icon Theme: Hydroxygen
Cairo Dock:Oneiric
Wallpaper: Lonely Dog

Hi vicmz,
In the last two screenshots you posted, what was the name of that font you used? - and do you think you could possibly make it available here for download? That was one VERY attractive font! Perhaps one of the best I've seen since the "Cherry Cream Soda" jemimah used in Saluki!
Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to give! Muy muchos gracias me hermano de Puppy!
Cheers/Amicalement,

'Orbitron'. I think it's built-in in Saluki, but there's a PET available in the Saluki repository, it's a collection of fonts. Not all of the fonts work as system fonts, try and see which ones work and then choose what you like. I recommend to set font size through Menu > Desktop > Set global font size, you can also do it from the GTK theme chooser GUI but the font may not work if its size is set to 12 or above.
Have fun!
