Printing on paper not correct. Top margin not respected

Epson stylus PHOTO RX600
When printing a document, a letter f.e., in borderless = no, the top margin isn't respected and printing of the first line of text starts at the border.
Don't know if it is a upup problem or a printer driver problem.
Advice is welcome.
