This way of handling bugs and suggestions seems to be a step forward in my opinion. Congratulations.

Could there be a sticky here, which explains what a user should do to give, if needed, correct system configuration information.
I am thinking f.e. at the output of puppy scan interface, hardinfo hardware information, lspci, lsusb etc....
In this way, when there is a need for such information, the user can be directed to this sticky.
Time savers:
Find packages in a snap and install using Puppy Package Manager (Menu).

Well Beem, as you spend longer than anyone training our new recruits who are the ones that notice the bugs, you would be the just person to write such a sticky. If you like I can proof read it and put it into - "Newb English" (newblish?) :)

There is a post somewhere in the forum about how to give effective trouble (bug) reports. That might be worth reading, to give you some ideas before you write a better one. :)
