hi clarf I fixed the missing home icon , just make a system link from
/usr/local/lib/X11/pixmaps/home48.png
to
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/36x36/filesystems/gnome-fs-home.png
ttuuxxx

the other icons I would like to set before moving on is the pet and cd icons.

Thanks for the tip ttuuxxx,

In the same way I could fix the missed icons for trash and Desktop.

link from /usr/local/lib/X11/pixmaps/trashcan_full48.png
to
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/36x36/filesystems/gnome-fs-trash-full.png

link from /usr/local/lib/X11/pixmaps/spread48.png
to
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/36x36/filesystems/genome-fs-desktop.png

Hello MHHP,

No, Thunar is almost OK, xplorer-0.9.2-i386.pet is missing the Detailed view Smile.

The reason, why I say that Thunar is only almost as good as xfe is that selecting multiple files (and, especially, un-selecting them) in Thunar is a bit dodgy Smile.

Cheers Smile/

ahhh, I got it...

well there is nothing perfect in this world, I miss the .gz, .pet, .bz2 files inside view/navigation in xplorer Smile . Anyway Thunar is much better than xplorer...

I'll stick the icon for Thunar on the desktop Smile So people will have a choice Thunar or Rox on the desktop.

Hi guys the next release will have a version of thunar that I have looking pretty good now, just one thing, that desktop quick launch folder in the left column, its just an empty folder, I guess it could be used as junk folder, lol well Thunar is made for xfce and well 2.14x has rox and rox doesn't really have a "desktop folder for desktop icons" etc, I could remove it but I like the icon, lol

VERY cool!

If this will work for other puplets, please post (or upload) at pet when you have some time ttuuxxx. This one has been asked for quite a bit around the forums.

Awesomeness!

Once I make a final thunar pet, it should be as easy to just add the xfburn package I made for 4 series and it should work, probably around 1.3MB pet combined.

Great idea ttuuxxx, those Shortcuts make sense now...

I attach a patch for Pnethood, this patch enables DOMAIN/NETWORK authentication to Pnethood, so you can use shares from some tricky Servers or restricted to certain users...

Please test and feedback.

18 Feb - UPDATE: Updated Pnethood Patch, fixed a Domain connection bug using cifs please use the latest from February 18, the latest pet version was renamed to clarf_Pnethood_patch.pet (6.46 KB), instead of xxx_update.

Greetings,

clarf and I have been working on PupRadio (I think it should be called RRUFFF-Radio) Smile
Clarf enabled streamripper and I updated it with a stop/kill button to stop recording.
This is a preliminary version, it has known issues like it only rips certain formats, So I have to change most of the url links, but when it does work, it works very well. No configuring your sound card needed Wink a lot friendlier way compared to Precord. I'm including it in the next release only. Due out in a few hours.
anyways below is a pic Smile

RC3 IS OUT !!!! Page 1 Smile

Ok RC3 has 40 updates/fixes, with that much changes I'm sure will have a few new issues, lol Plus pupRadio needs some new stations that actually work with streamripper, I think 1,2,3,7 work , still I think we have some work to do with the how its configured with streamripper probably just some commands etc.
Also RC3 has a version of lameSMBxplorer that isn't released until tomorrow, Patriot was nice enough to give me the next version which I removed a pop-up he had and made a remove saved settings button because some users wanted it on the its thread, So I added it Smile If all goes good the next release should be the final. So pretty much everything needs testing. Well have fun Smile
