With the input of our docs committee here is a template for people who contributes to the PLDP project to use It allows those who aren't joining the committee to also put their name in the page they wrote. Please follow exactly what's written in the template below (formatting, line breaks, punctuation, etc.) so that we can keep consistency across all pages
