Unfortunately, it appears that the puppylinux.asia site is slowly dying. There was a discussion about it some months back (file corruption, file deletion, etc...)

I've uploaded/mirrored the packages for 3.1.4 for Puppy 431. (If my memory isn't misleading, I think I might have changed the *.desktop file slightly, but it's essentially the same package gray originally uploaded.)

virtualbox-3.1.4_k2.6.30.5.pet
virtualbox-3.1.4_k2.6.30.5.pet.md5.txt
It's about 21 MB as a package, about 56 MB installed.

virtualbox_guest_additions-3.1.4_k2.6.30.5.pet
virtualbox_guest_additions-3.1.4_k2.6.30.5.pet.md5.txt
About 2.5 MB as a package, about 7.8 installed to the guest Puppy.

I didn't upload the whole Guest Additions CD *.iso, but you can still find that on VirtualBox.org if you need it:
