Micron Transport LT NBK001566-00 No sound Puppy 4.31

Oookaaay. It might be helpful if you told us how you're using Puppy (HD install, live CD with save file on HD, USB install, multisession, etc.) and what you've tried so far.

Hmmm .....

According to specs, the Micron Transport LT NBK001566-00 is using a Creative AudioPCI. This is really a version of Ensoniq1371/73 audio. To verify the audio device, run lspci and check the device id.

It's very likely you'll need to run ALSA sound wizard to configure your card .....

Hi -thanks for your replies.

Attached is a screenshot of system information related to sound.

I ran alsa sound wizard after selecting the es1371 choice and rebooted.
I am running a full hard drive install of 4.31.
