Can't find cram_fs on usb

#1 Post by sunburnt »

Similar to another post I read, boots & then no Xwin, no cram_fs.
Why it can't find a file in the root of the drive where all the rest of
the files it's booting from are, is hard to understand.
What's the syslinux.cfg file supposted to look like, same as the
isolinux.cfg that I extracted from the iso, just rename it?
At least it didn't ask for a password.

Are you getting an error halfway through booting which reads something like, "cannot find usr_cram.fs, this is a major problem....etc"?

What are you trying to boot from? USB? Hard drive? Did you just copy the files manually for the install?

more info, please.
