Looking at the home page today I noticed that the Ubuntu Bionic checksums do not include a SHA 256. Will those be coming along soon?
Thanks
SHA 256 for Ubuntu Bionic 8.0

The things they do not tell you, are usually the clue to solving the problem.

When I saw Xenial Pup 7.5 offering a SHA 256 checksum I assumed this was the new standard.
If it isn't, I'll go with the MD5 checksum.
"I presume that by "Ubuntu Bionic 8.0" you mean either BionicPup64 8.0 CE or BionicPup32. In any case, each of these distros has a thread in the Advanced Topics->Puppy Projects section of the forum. Post there and straightforwardly ask if the developer would consider posting SHA256 checksums."
Thank you.
