@ smokey01: please see it as eyebrows (thick ones like Leonid Brezhnev's).
Erasing them, will lose the "woof/barking" aura. However I tweak the image a bit.

It's a little abstract for my liking but it's very nice. Maybe if the eye brows were a bit more horizontal.

I'm not sure if it's my eye sight but is the image rotated a little to the left?

Good job

Whoa! These are awesome Afgs! I hope Barry's looking. That one looks perfect for woof and quirky and I like the description:

Very good, but remember toi release always a vector version together raster logo version, otherwise logo is not very useful for high quality print

I'm waiting for vector version (hopefully svg)

@ drongo and others who prefer the logos to be based on puppy's official logo.

Can we use part of their logos?
Some use gpl license anyway.
And we use only part and blurred images.

Similar method can be applied to PUG logos.
PUG = Puppy Users' Group. [Isn't "pug" a name of a dog breed?]

Just because I like being a downer: isn't using the ubuntu/debian/slackware logos a bit naughty? Unless permission is sought? I say this because technically they are registered marks I think.

The S on the sPup logo is generic.
Also, Slackware logo uses black S letter with white glow.
sPup use white blurred S.
Maybe the I have to delete the line below.
Besides those logos use only parts of registered logos, not whole.
BTW, here's another dPup and uPup logos (alternatives).
