i run bash most of the time
i just symlink /root/bash to /bin/bash in rc.local
and symlin /bin/bash to /bin/sh
and add SHELL=/bin/bash to profile
you have to symlink busybox to /bin/sh again when you shutdown or you won't have a shell when /root is unmounted ... fsck complains that pup001 was not unmounted cleanly
or you can just copy /root/bash to /bin/bash ... then bash is still there when /root is unmounted
i was going to make a bash dotpup ... i have 3 versions, 2.05b, 3.0, and 2.05b with the roxapp patch
i was just making an f-prot downloader/installer dotpup ... maybe i should make an Icewm unleashed package first, so people can make Icewm-Puppy iso's ... i just found that the window menu icon in some of the themes isn't showing up (the menu is there, you just can't see the menu.xpm button)
