How to add French Canadian keyboard?

Puppy is really getting better all the time. There is however something missing in my part of the world (Montreal, Quebec) : the French Canadian keyboard layout (or Canadian Multilingual). Can anyone tell me how to add this (or is this something Barry might consider for 1.08 ?).
