I downloaded and extracted the fonts. Where do I put them??

maxpro4u,
Place the font files in the hidden directory "/root/.fonts"
If you don't have that directory, just create it. You can check by clicking menu>desktop>Gfontsel to see if the fonts show up.

Please forgive me for forgetting you .
My post on how to cut sm2008 down is in the forum but it should be removed as Barry's is far superior. Mine ends up about 36 mb with English and Spanish, his English only is 12 mb.
Next time keep bugging me, I am somewhat absent minded.
