Proom-0.4

Here's Proom-0.4. A writing environment which you can read more about here-
http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=61035

Thanks to Taavi for ideas on saving to dated files and invisible buttons, it now operates as follows:

When creating masterpiece snippets (which I've named "seeds") you can save by Alt-s. If you'd like to see a list of your previously saved "seeds", just hit Alt-g and a menu pops up containing just the first line of each daily file. You can select one or several by checklist (see screen shot below) and the selected files are opened in geany.

Files are saved to /mnt/home/texts, and one dated file per day (in the form of "2011-10-21") is created and all "seeds" made on that day are appended to that file. In case you want to change the behaviour to "one seed per file" (in the form of "11-10-21191936"), comment (#) the first "DATE" command and uncomment the second "DATE" command.

The letter keys to save or activate the choice menu, the editor, and the save path can be modified at the top of script. Also, the cursor is visible, but can be changed to "false", if not wanted. (make that dark text room really quiet). :)

Proom will appear under Documents in the menu and should run on any Puppy.

Cheers,
s
