edited on gbiling clien for suport on shutdown and restart for puppy linux.

download and extrac gbiling client find file qbilling.c on foder src and then edit about line 500.

i was contact him to make some donation, but he was refuse and just wait till beta 3 come out, but he didnt tell me when .

there was an error for puppy in shutdown and reboot for client from server, beacuse puppy using wmreboot and wmpoweroff but this billing.
