Part of his opinion is that ICANN should not artificially limit the TLDs, but should allow the market to decide what’s appropriate.

I, on the other hand, think that opening things up is not a benign annoyance, but is actively harmful in a way that the market cannot cope with — akin to a cancer in the Internet namespace.
