This tool can open a MKV cointener and extract video track, audio tracks and subtitles. Can Also create a MKV cointener where you can put video audio and subtitle
I tested it in puppy 431.

I'm curious, though - why 2.0.2? MKVToolnix version 3.2.0 was just released.
