New foo2xxx Package for HP Printers

If you own one of these non-standard HP printers, you are familiar with Patriot's foo2xxx driver package. It is now out of date, so I have posted a new one here.

Also, the firmware-download mechanism has been completely redesigned, so I would appreciate some testing and feedback. Thanks.
