minidjvu - no tiff support

Dear Puppians

I tried today to build *minidjvu*
- http://minidjvu.sourceforge.net/

bitonal DjVu encoder/decoder

since binaries available are compiled upon a different Glibc than glibc present in puppy 3.01 (and 4.3.xx)

I preferred enable static (to improve portability) option and I built successifully minidjvu, but without libtiff support (even I had libtiff and libtiff devel in path)
