Sub_title: rx tx status		  
Every time I start puppy (4.3.1) after a normal shutdown, the network card (eth0 3Com) is coming up but only for the Rx side: the Tx side is off, I am not able to transmit any thing. If I restart puppy, this time eth0 (rx, tx) is coming up normaly.

Any hint please ?
