Can I use multisession CD-R to boot and then backup the files from C drive?
I will like to repeat this process for all 3 computers I have, once in a month.

There are several ways to use Puppy to backup a hd. I would only point out that a CD doesn't hold enough to back up most system partitions. Is DVD an option for you?
