Stop background click opening START menu? (Solved)

Can someone remind me which file to edit in order to prevent Rox 2.3 from opening the START MENU when you click anywhere on the background?

Yes that's it. Thanks Flash. I am starting to compile my custom Puppy settings so I can set up new computers that way.

I am maxed out on Windows bulk licenses at work and don't wish to buy anymore licenses. So installing Puppy and setting them up makes a lot of sense to me.

I know I can replicate settings by just copying the pup001 file over, but first I have to remember how to do it from scratch to get it done!
