Getting or finding libffi

#1 Post by Per »

I am installing a program which should handle an Ipod:

I came to the command ipod-read-sysinfo-extended, which asks for libffi.so.6. Where do I get it?

Thanks in advance!

Up to 3 years ago, I used to run Linux at work, so I have a general knowledge of how to do it, but I am new to Puppy Linux.[/url]

The puppy version is given by:
sh-4.1# uname -a
Linux puppypc 2.6.33.2 #1 SMP Thu May 27 10:56:32 EST 2010 i686 GNU/Linux
There is no libffi* in /usr/lib.
