For those of you who bought the e317 (it's a 5MP camera for under $100), there's an easy way to get it to work in Puppy:
change the USB settings in the Setup menu to "Disk Drive."
mount the drive in the Media Utility Tool.
You can now view all your pictures!
I posted this because I had so much trouble figuring this out...no documentation of this anywhere on the internet that I could find.
So, that was the last thing I needed from Windows, now I never have to install it again! Sweet!
