If by a report button you mean a button that you can click when you think a post is spam, I don't have any control over that. It's John Murga's forum and he controls the software that's installed.
Reporting suspected spam (with links), as was done by this thread, works for me. Also, Moderators can move a spam post to the Misc forum and change the subject line to "Spam."
