Which is the best Pup to use for a Server?

#1 Post by Evil20071 »

I've got a friend interested in using Puppy as a server, but I'm not sure which puppy to tell him to use. I seem to remember there being a puppy server version at one point that someone was working on, but I can't seem to find the thread for it anymore. Any suggestions?

His simplest choice is Samba-TNG.

He can install it on whatever Puppy best matches his hardware. And it gives him lots of choices for managing the server.
