firefox error SSL disabled

firefox error SSL disabled

Good afternoon, when I navigate to bank websites or hotmail, the firefox give me "error code:ssl_disabled" how can I solve it??Thanks!

:D Hello,
Go to "edit/preferences/advanced" and open the "encryption" tab..
Check the "use SSL" box..
Close the Windows, and open your eyes, to a whole new world
