Can a Puppy multisession live dvd only be used in the computer it was created on?

I've used multisession DVDs on different computers. If the hardware is not the same, Puppy will realize that. The real answer is, try it and see. A multisession DVD can't hurt anything because it doesn't try to access a HDD when it boots (unless it finds a swap partition.)

I've not used a multisession DVD, but I migrate my pupsave around on my flash drive without problems... I don't see how that would be significantly different (other than perhaps differences in how each burner writes its drive image -- and there are sometimes differences...)

I would make a backup copy of my pupsave, just in case...

Thanks for the info guys.
The main reason for wanting to use a multisession disc is to make it easier for an elderly couple to use on their computer.
I certainly will now give it a try now.
