Radeon 2100 won't work on Lucid Puppy 5.1

I would be very grateful if somebody tell me how to get Radeon 2100 (onboard Graphic using AMD 745G chipset) to work on lupu 5.1 Lupu 5.1 works on many cheap pc except this AMD chipset. Every time I start xorg, the screen becomes very dark. Even if I kill X, the console cannot be seen also, I have to reboot the whole pc. Thanks in advance for anybody who can help me. Paul |

I suggest you post your problem here. http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=55740&start=2100 This is where problems specific to Lucid 5.1 are being handled. Give more specific info on what is happening. How are you trying to run Lucid 5.1. How far do you get in the normal boot-up? The more info we have the better we can help. |
