Can you make a Geny.pup file so I can safely chat on yahoo?

Rage from www.Opensourcerage.com is working with Lee who programs as a profession and he knows whats safe to use in yahoo chatrooms. He already sent yahoo many messages about flaws in their protocol and they have fixed them. I took a screenshot of Rage telling me Geny is safe and also has webcams so this would be amazing in puppy linux so I'm hoping for that Geny.pup file.
