Re: jre-1.7.0.65
Perhaps my download was bad, but java.com rerports java is not installed.shinobar wrote:UPDATE: jre-1.7.0.65.sfs

Using precise571, loaded the java sfs at boot as with older versions that worked.
Tried again, multiple downloads...still does not work. Any help appreciated.

Hi Shinobar
Thank you so much for making these Java SFS
Thanks to you I was able to have YAAC installed and running on my
Linux Laptop.
YAAC stands for Yet Another APRS Client. YAAC is APRS software that
allows Amateur Radio operators to track oher Hams running the
the protocol known as APRS Automatic Position Reporting System.
YAAC is a Java app. All I had to do to make it run on my Slacko 5.7.0
system is download the Java SFS you provided and then download
YAAC. Then simply click on the YAAC.jre file and YAAC started and worked
fine.
Again Thank you Shinobar for all that you do for the Puppy Linux
community.
Best Regards
John
