Sub_title: from MeeGo svn

Get rid of that orbit Smile!

This is not useful by itself - only for programs that need it.
The MeeGo folks are using gconf-dbus and maintaining it (at least to some extent). This is from svn, more recent than what they tagged 2.29.1 (and quite a bit more recent than the 2.16 I posted previously).
Standard gconf appears to be at 2.3.2, so it seems like they're almost in sync.

I didn't really have anything to test it with, so let me know if it doesn't work.
