Sub_title: Not just ALSA's OSS emulation

This isn't useful by itself.

If you have applications that use OSS sound (via alsa's OSS emulation in Puppy) they usually hog the soundcard, so no other programs can access it.
This fixes that - just start the programs with aoss e.g. start gtick like this:
aoss gtick

This debian package works in my Puppy 4.1.1 (I just randomly tried a package that looked a similar age to 4.1.1):
I don't know whether it will work in more recent puppies Wink
