Dropbox suddenly developed a permissions problem

RUNNING PRECISE PUPPY 5.7.1. Downloaded dropbox pet and installed OK. Have been using without problems for some months. However suddenly I have had a permissions error message.

Have checked the Dropbox end and the laptop is listed as having permissions.

Have tried reloading the dropbox PET , but this has not solved the problem.
