Lucid keyboard localization problem

Hi to all!

I have one problem with Lupu,there is no keyboard variants to choose,I wanted to add serbian cyrillic,but only I got is an error.

And second,is there chance to see in openbox some kind of language bar like in KDE ? (sorry i forgot what was the right name for it) Thanx.
