Hi,

If you use Wine you may like to try this Windows Program which reports space usage numerically or graphically and it can also manipulate files and folders.

It was recommended today by Rick Maybury a UK hardware and software expert at http://www.rickmaybury.com/ and is downloadable from http://www.disksavvy.com/ and it can be unzipped and placed in any location.

It took some seven seconds to analyse the top section of the picture and a few more seconds to choose my desired analysis in the bottom section and then perform it. Drilling down to lower levels is instantaneous on clicking on any row.
