Music On Console - small music player

This is the Music On Console player, it creates a menu entry in the
Multimedia section of the puppy menu.
Once it's running just enter ? to get a list of commands.

It plays ogg and mp3 files as well as a few other formats, it can also
be run without x running from the prompt by using the command mocp to
start it.

Tested in Wary and Lucid, may work in others.
