IAX VoIP client (command line)

Attached is the PET for a command line IAX VoIP client.

It runs entirely on the command line and requires no dependencies.

It is built for Precise 5.7.1

The executable installed is /usr/bin/iaxvoipclient

The command line arguments are:

-i enable auto answer (toggle)
-h hostname
-p password
-u username
