How to configure Puppy 4.2 webserver for Perl cas cgi?

Subject description: Where is Quisp?		  
I am new to puppy linux.
On my old P-III machine with 256 MB RAM puppy 5.11 crashes lot more. So, I am using puppy 4.2 which works really fine.
I can see that there is some httpd webserver and perl already installed.
But, I do not know how to configure that webserver for using perl cas cgi
Where is the conf file ?
I did not find any help or quisp.
Is theres any quick start for quisp ?
