I have a Lexmark printer that has no Linux driver available.
It uses .NET.
Would it be possible to install .NET using WINE, to a Windows folder and then install the driver to that folder? Then run the printer under Wine?
Cheers

Thanks again for the replies.
It's a Lexmark z1420 , but there is no Linux driver for it.
I actually don't think this is going to work because the printer needs .NET to install properly, and I have tried to install .NET in WINE with no luck.
I tried from a Network share (with which you helped )and a CD.No luck.
Anyway I'm not sure that this would work even if .NET did install...?
Are there any WINE experts in this forum?
