Compiling TIA requires gnatmake. Where can I find it?

I want to compile TIA, which requires gnatmake..
Having searched around I think it might be in GCC compiler...
Has anyone used this in Puppy? If so, can I have it! (please)..
Come to think of it, if anyone can compile TIA, that would be even better...
(Ideally with a minimum file size)
