How to install Woof?

hello sorry for the English, I'm remediation utilized google translator.
I am a happy user of puppy linux. and I would like to build a puppy linux in Spanish. as many in my country do not use it because it is in English.
I want to create a puppy linux in Spanish.
I want to install and download saver as woof. I have understood is this tool for construction of puppy.

Sorry I don't know much about using Woof however you may want to check out some of the derivatives that were already made in spanish.
