I found something interesting for everyone who needs Autocad program on puppy. It is Draftsight. You can download it here: http://www.3ds.com/products/draftsight/download-draftsight/ It is a freeware, so I'm not shure if it is legal to create a .pet or .sfs file (have to read the license  )
But the ubuntu version is working very well on Lucid Puppy!!!!!! Just undeb and go to /opt/dassault-systemes/draftsight/bin and start draftsight. It is a beta version , but really stable. The size is about 68 mb. It is the best free cad solution until now (for me) on linux Have fun
