So Gnome may be needed for keyring, too...?After this you may be asked to allow Network Manager to access your keyring. You need to allow this practice if you wish to connect to eduroam. Unfortunately Network Manager isn't able to ask for a password when connecting to eduroam and thus your password needs to be stored to Gnome Keyring. Fortunately keyring's security is good.
